Why We Love What We Do

Written by

We find ourselves in New York City for both trade shows and client visits several times a year. This is a job that requires quite a bit of travel. Some would find it tiring but we absolutely love the combination of work and fun - visiting and exploring new places, trying interesting restaurants, going to the opera and symphony; all while connecting with new store owners and buyers, meeting inspiring people of the industry, and learning something new every time we travel. Someone smart said if you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work at all. We couldn’t agree more. We made so many wonderful friendships in all the United States through our job, and we are truly thankful for everyone we have met along the way.

We usually take snapshots with our Smartphones while we travel, but this time we decided to do a little photo session in Soho. A polar vortex was going through New York when we visited and we hit the tail end of it during this photo shoot, so we did not capture as many outfits as originally planned, yet we still hope these images inspire you.
